Opportunities

At CRH Northwest, we are strategically focused on identifying and pursuing opportunities that align with our targeted investment criteria. Our current focus includes acquiring both single and portfolio senior housing assets, distressed properties, and land with the potential for conversion into licensed care communities. Additionally, we are interested in non-performing senior housing debt and seek to invest in partnerships and joint ventures where we can secure controlling interests in senior housing assets. We are particularly focused on transactions ranging from $5 to $30 million for single assets and $12 million and above for portfolios. Our equity commitments range from $1 to $10 million for single assets and $2 million and above for portfolios. Geographically, our investments are concentrated in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, with an investment hold period spanning 5 to 30 years.
